Big Time Liars

Went there to get vehicle. Talked to guy on phone, he says he can get me approved with bad credit. Turns out, I was approved but they were trying to shift me into a higher priced vehicle with more money down. I played one of their games and said I need to talk to my wife. Never went back or called them, or answered their calls. They kept saying that my credit was too low for the vehicle I wanted, but it turns out my credit was ok, but bank wanted more money for the vehicle they were trying to sell me. Went to another dealer and got what I wanted at a price I wanted. Yea, "your job's your credit, if they let it, but you can't get it, at Eastern Motors".

James that works in corpate that chats online with new customers is A LIAR IN ALL AREAS. You put trust into some of these salesman and give you confidence and let you down. My experience with eastern motors was great.

I went to Eastern motors on a Friday drove off with the car on a Saturday once a family member look a the car to make sure everything was ok with the car.I was shown several car I select the one that fit my needs. sell person was great well experience and had great knowelege of the car.I ask lots of question all my question were answer .sell person was well experience in selling cars i would always chose Eastern Motor.i I didnt like the rims on cars they change the rims and I truly enjoy the car.Eastern Motor staff was great they help me through the process of the car. Poor Customer Service

I purchased my car on September 29, and I had a flat tire by Oct.2. I called the dealership and was passed off to 3 different people over the phone without either of them offering assistance. It was just a joke that I was stranded with a flat tire on a car that I just purchased from them. This was evident in their passing me off to different reps in the store.

This company are predators, they take full advantage of those with poor credit. I bought a car from them 6 months ago to find out it’s only worth 8,000 and I owe 28,000 on it.. buyers beware.. proceed cation.. they also failed to inform me it was in an accident.

Overall the gentleman that sold me the car( IN STERLING) was okay, he was pleasant to work with. Overall as the company their goal is to literally sale you something so you can go. If your not satisfied WITH your CAR YOUR pretty much stuck with it. That's not good business. At the time of the sale I had two locations ALEXANDRIA AND STERLING going back and forth with me for a better deal, but sadly enough they were missing the need of what I required space for my children. Now my FOUR CHILDREN 11, 6, 3, 2 and I are stuck with a small car that 430 dollars a month. It's a 2017 with no Bluetooth, no sunroof, no auto mantic chair, not even a camera for 30 thousand is what I ended up with at the end you have to be kidding me. Very disappointed in them. I would suggest for Capital One to stop dealing with them and I would suggest people to not go there your job isn't your credit, your credit IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT....THAT HOW THEY GET YOU. They work no deals out for you, some companys will take some money off to help family's but no this one would put a single mother in a car like this and ask for 671 a month....FUCK ALL OF YALL

Horrible customer service

I purchased a car from this company with an extended warranty. The car needs service and the employee on the phone line has yet to assist me. The fact that your company has been in existence for over 30 years does not matter. I brought the same car in Virginia and I get excellent service. This seems to occur in areas in which there are a high number of non-white people present. I except to receive a call back today from this horrible dealership and I am not receptive to your 30 year in business message

Sold me a busted dangerous car

I bought a car from them 2 in a half weeks ago. They convinced me not to return the vehicle but bring it in for repairs on my 7th day. The tire was patched up and leaking so they overfilled my tires so we wouldn't notice when we drove off the lot. The grill is starting to fall off and it was sold with a busted hose for the coolant so the car kept over heating. I also have a dealers warranty and they refuse to help. These guys are crooks and should be reported for fraud. I bought from Sterling VA. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You could end up dying on the freeway from a busted vehicle

They didn't fix scratches on front bumper, I found a tiny hole in roof. They said I had no proof that they did this or it wasn't there at first, that made me know they were lying.

Things they should have fixed before I left the lot. They didn't care, they had got my money, and I didn't need them to fiancé my car, because I had great credit and I had my check, when I got there.

The name might be spelled, wrong sales mgr., Now I have bought the car and the scratches weren't there then, he tells me he won't Otherize the fixing the car, that I have no proof that the scratches were there when I pulled off. Because I have the before pictures and I did't takes pictures when they bought the car back, because I trusted Eastern Motors. I am a woman 70 yrs. young and this is what I have to go thru, with Eastern Motors. Taking advantage of an elderly person. Don't trust Throne and he was nasty to me over the phone when I asked about it. Who is his Boss, maybe he is better. Ms. Ross

Wasted our time

Alexandria location yesterday 4/18. I'm older so know the drill so gave my income etc. initially. Decent score for car buying for sure. However they used some rating company I never heard of that wasn't one of the big three Trans, Equ and the other who name escapes me. So I was surprised by the score. Anyhow I ask was the issue my income because I'm retired because I said I could add my wife that bring an additional 1700.00 monthly. He said yes. So I go drag my wife kicking and scratching only to be told I can put you in a BMW instead of the BENZ and the difference was only about 1500 dollars. I felt he was trying to dump at that point. Don't be fooled it's not the same Eastern with the cute jingle the was bought out and the owners probably using a financial system within our USA system if you get my drift in my opinion. Do your research because they're not the only game in town But remove that cute jingle because it's not the same that advertised our Redskins. BEWARE wasn't a pleasant experience at ALL.
