I purchased a car from this company with an extended warranty. The car needs service and the employee on the phone line has yet to assist me.

The fact that your company has been in existence for over 30 years does not matter. I brought the same car in Virginia and I get excellent service.

This seems to occur in areas in which there are a high number of non-white people present. I except to receive a call back today from this horrible dealership and I am not receptive to your 30 year in business message
