I purchased a vehicle this year and transferred tags I was called in to receive check for overpayment several a weeks later called about registration spoke to Jesus and was told it takes several months and I will receive it from MVA today I called about it and spoke to Tim Atkins explained situation but found out myself that I could pay $5 and get duplicate when he returned my call he said his records showed the registration was in envelope with check I told him seriously sir do you think I'd be calling you ppl 4 months later and I live twenty minutes from MVA the level of customer service is appalling and to talk to me like I'm an *** makes me angrer then I said so you can reimburse me for duplicate he says you're the registered owner and you'd have to get it etc I said I was the registered owner when I purchased it how many salesman never return a call just to follow up on a sale I will never refer anyone to them and hope I never gave to deal with them again I didn't need to trade I just wanted some new trinkets
